same thing you are unfortunately. It'll probably pass the sniffer but any sort of visual inspection will definitely fail once the longtubes are on. My x-pipe still isn't CARB certified either but I'm pretty sure that's going to change to an H-pipe with the longtubes.

where do you live? if you're in california there are things you can do. The 5.4 swap is totally legal as long as you retain all the factory smog equipment. You can go to a referee and even get a little sticker for the door jamb.
EDIT: BTW, longtubes are DEFINITELY happening. It has worked in the past with other headers after modification.
