Default cats or no cats

well im trying to decide whether or not I should put in my racepipes. I have heard many mixed opinions about doing this or not. Can you guys give me the pros and cons of taking them out in respect to sound and power. Putting them in and out is not an issue for me so dont worry about that. Thanks

I would just take the cats off and see how you like the sound...it will make it louder obviously and more badass

1.W/ cats you please all the tree huggin hippies.

2.W/O cats you **** them all off and your exhaust smells like a muscle cars.

Just try both out and see which one you like better.

there's no downside power wise to taking them out. I think catless pipes sound like azz but that's me. You may like it. I'd leave them on. They don't have that big an effect on power but they really do help keep the air clean. It's possible to have both clean air and good power/sound.
