Belt squeek from U/D pulleys??

Default Belt squeek from U/D pulleys??

my belts are squeeking very bad since u/d pulley's were installed??? any solutions???

Get a new belt.
Edit: should have said, replace if not new. After I put my UDs on I also had some squeek, car had around 15K, this is my 99 BTW, changed belt...no squeek. Steeda said may have to change more often if you use the stock length. Pullies make the belt have a bit more slack and squeek sooner so new blets may need to be put on sooner. Made since to me.

I would try that first, and don't get the belt dressing, i heard that's bad for them.

20-30...Buy a good brand, Goodyear or Dayco I think are the better. I used an off brand ( powerline) cracked in about two months.

or get a crayon and while the engine is running use pliers to hold the crayon against the belt and cover it with the wax from the crayon works every time.
