So on my 6er i got an 8.8'' rear in it now and soon im going to be lowering it on some h&r ss springs and gonna put a rear sway bar on it its and i'm debating is it worth putting quad shocks on or no?? Its got all the holes just dont know if its worth it or not.

 

Do you have any problem with wheel hop or anything like that? If not, then I wouldn't worry about it unless you could get some really cheap. Some people even take thiers off due to wheel clearance and after aftermarket LCA and stuff there are no need for them.

 

With the tires i have now no they just spin but a while back i put on my stockers for ***** and giggles to burn them off and i couldnt spin them with out hopping all over the place it felt like the rear end fell out of it lol.

 

I doubt the quad shocks will make a big difference. Try to get your hands on some to see if you notice anything signifigant.

 

don't bother with the quads. Get a proper set of LCA's and call it a day.

Yep a set of lower control arms will make the quad shocks unless mine are in the trash.
