Quad shock

Default Quad shock

What are some hints on removal, and install of quad shocks?

raise rear of car, unbolt both ends of the quad shock, slip it off its mounts, replace (or not) and yur done. cake simple.

forgot remove rear tire after raising the car

Since you have Steeda RLCA, just remove the quad shocks and their brackets altogether. They aren't doing anything for you now except taking up weight. Just when you do so, you may need to touch up the paint since Ford didn't think out the assembly process.
