Default Supercharger and turbos?

So me and my friends got to think and we were wondering if its possible to get rear mounted twin turbos and a supercharger? or is it one or the other? and what would you do for intercoolers or anyhting else?

Yes, its called twincharging. Its possible but I can tell you itll be really expensive to have the kit fabricated. You can expect to pay 10 grand just in parts, accessories, and fabrication. I dont know why you would want rear mounted turbos. they are garbage and you lose heat and pressure through 19032849032 feet of piping and you also need to run 32019 feet of oil lines to the turbos.

If you go that route, just run the turbos in the engine bay and feed them to a blower.

my cousin has a 383 stroked and sts rear mounted turbo lt1 trans am...he was originally going to s/c it, but decided to go with the rear mount. I've never been in such a fast car, the other day he beat a v12 ferrari scaglietti (spelling) by a bus length...thing moves

back on topic!

there are a couple supercars that have use both a supercharger and turbos but its mostly bragging rights... no point in doing both for your car, you can get better results with one dedicated power adder.

I dont know who started the bad rumor on STS, but the truth is that they are rather good.

not for what they cost compared to what you get. I think the systems are illogical wastes of turbo efficiency. If you're going to put that much money into it and get that little out of it, use a blower and keep the 30 feet of boost piping and oil lines and idiotic other workarounds from the underside of the car.

In short... STS is an answer to a question nobody ever asked because it was a dumb question to start with.
