Your totally right, but I'm saying they should make it a little tougher to buy guns in Virginia. According to the news Virginia is one of the easiest states to purchase a weapon.....I don't think good law obiding citizens have an issue with making it a little tougher to buy a gun just to make sure criminals don't slip through the process.....
I'm not saying this kid had a criminal past, and I'm not saying this is how it happened, but my point is that IF he was admitted into a mental institution in 2005 and then was allowed to legally purchase 2 guns after being institutionalized, that should have raised some flags in someones system. Maybe the system isn't set up to flag those things, I don't know, but don't you think it should be?

I don't want anymore laws that try to ban guns or anything like that, but maybe there should be a law that if you get institutionalized for any amount of time you can't legally buy a gun.

A) Must be legal US citizen
B) Must not have any felons or have served any prison time.
C) Must not have record of any serious mental disorders
D) Must have no outstanding warrants.
E) Must complete a gun safety class.
I shudder to think how many loopholes and exceptions you could find with 20,000 gun laws.

I'm saying you'll never stop the screw ***** that want guns. Enforcing the laws in place should be good,but it wouln't stop them. Even banning them will only stop the people that have them legally form getting them. If Hildog wins the prez were all screwed. This will play right into her thinking.FUHRC.

Yes, I agree....that kid probably could have went out on the street and got a gun....which I'm suprised he didn't do that. Anyway, it doesn't matter who is president, they will never ban guns....it just won't happen. You republicans get so caught up on guns and abortion, and then buy into other republicans crying that democrats want to kill babies and take away your guns....that's just stupid, but you guys buy into it.
what is it about the hardcore dems and hardcore repubs that just want to sit there and point fingers rather than think about a solution?

there should be gun laws, but guns should be legal as well. The problem is there are too many vague gun laws, they should be clear, concise and very few. lol.

20 thousand gun laws... how many are actually enforced?
Theres too many, and not enough enforced.. these idiots who think guns kill people.. need to be kicked between the legs...Guns aren't bad, the f***ers that use them to kill people are bad.

The only clue I'll give is the C is for Clinton. That wasn't the best place to put that,but at the time it seemed okay.
