figure out how you want to use the car, then come back and tell us about your plans. After we have a better idea of who and what you are we can be more helpful. FWIW... a 90 hatch back is one of the best platforms for anything from a 4cyl POC to a outlaw 10.5 track warrior.

With that setup the BBK intake is wrong. You'll want something in a trick flow Track Heat upper intake as it comes with the Track Heat lower intake already. You'll probably also need new pistons notched for wedge heads and while you're in there might as well do a ring and rod job.

http://store.summitracing.com/partde...5&autoview=sku is a really nice rotating assembly. The motor is externally balanced so it's even cheaper to deal with.

a nice hci car will do you well. but to really hook, especially on the streets your gonna need to rip into the suspension and give up a lot on the daily driveabilty front. unless your racing honda's from a roll...

hci with a 150 shot should put you into the 6's in the eigth if you can drive some with a decent suspension. at that point you'll need a cage anyway.

For suspension don't cheap out and don't underestimate how important it is to strategically upgrade parts to hold the abuse track running with that kind of setup.

A quick call to maximum motorsports will find you the right parts for the power/use/budget.
