Need help please, I swapped the motor and tranny from a 2003 to a 1999 complete with engine harness. I now have a temp guage that reads backwards and tranny that shifts oddly. what can i do to fix?

 

After much troubleshooting i am pretty sure i fixed the problem. I pulled the wiring harness from the computer to the engine compartment for both the 99 and 03 and compared. I relocated a couple of wires and things seem to be working.
