I know a different back part is not a must have? any thoughts on them? but to i need anything else? aand also my car has over 100k miles on it, and its auto. will this put TOO much stress on the engine or trans ect...
i have a aftermarket up/low intake mani.+spacer, bigger tb with a spacer, cai,plugs-wires-coil, and exhaust already on if it makes any difference.
Thanks guys, this websight is always a big help.

Yeah, Danimal is right... make sure you get the bearing kit. Personally, since your car is an automatic, I'd go with 4.30's instead of 4.10's but thats just me. And if you're gonna spend the money for a tuner, don't buy a diablosport. I bought one when i first got my car, and ended up returning it, and getting an SCT X3. Main reason is, you can't turn off your rear 02's with the diablo sport. And if you're running an O/R midpipe, i'd almost bet you've got a check engine light on. The only way to get rid of that is either MIL eliminators, or to turn off your rear 02's with a tuner. Just my .02

I like SCT. But my local tuner uses diablo. ugh.
DO NOT go with 4.30's with an auto. I have 4.10s and they are great for driving fast, and or in the city but suck for highway driving. If you do alot of highway driving, go with 3.73's or 3.90's.
Also, if you plan on any type of FI, then go with 3.73's.

rpm's are a little higher than normal and some guys don't like that. Thing is you're at higher rpm with less throttle angle required so you're at a net-zero difference on gas mileage. Noise can be an issue but if you like how your car sounds at around 2700rpm then you'll love it.
Don't worry about it. You're going to love it. Take 4.10's, an install kit (should contain bearings and a crush sleeve, and maybe shims) and 3 bottles of Royal Purple Max Gear or Redline Light Shockproof gear oil. You won't need any additive. You'll need the tuner to adjust your ECU for the gears. After that, just enjoy them. I promise you you will.

From what I can remember, Going 65 it sits around 2700, and going 70-75 its up to 3 grand.

BAH. Now im considering 3.73s..Because A. I do about 10 miles of highway driving a day, B. I plan on nitrous. Especially if Steedas GT is at 3k around 70-75 then my mpgs are gunna be hangin plus working a good amount more on my motor.
