Default advice on next mods

alright so i have another $1000 to spend on my 02 v6 mustang. i currently have 4.10 gears, posi-trac, shorty headers, flowmaster dual exhaust, and an sct livewire tuner. im thinking about a precision industries 2800 stall torque converter. it should take up all of the $1000 between parts and installation though. is this the next best mod for me or is there a better choice for a lower et?
