Default What do you think about Q.

If you have to guys one really tall and the other is shorter than normal. If they are both driving the same car, lets say a Must. GT with manual tranny. Wouldnt being shorter and thus closer to the clutch give the small guy and advantage to get through the shift faster? Or would it not matter since the clutch travel is the same for both cars. Would it take the larger man more time to complete the shift since he would have to extend a longer leg.

why are you wasting brain power on this. i think it would be the same because the short guy could just move his seat forward and the tall guy could just move his back.

it would make absolutly no difference if the guy is tall or short as the clutch movement does not increase with the drivers height. The idea that height has anything to do with shifting speed is absolutly rediculous.

Remember everyone, there is no such thing as a stupid question.
But there are stupid people.
