PLease help On my 99 V6

Ok here is the problem everytime i turn the wheel to the right it clicks but it doeant do it when i turn to the left it is an automatic please

mine has always done that. I think it has to do with the turn signal

youll have to describe the sound more. when does it do it? when you are driving? how far is the wheel when it does it? is it metal clicking? plastic clicking?

ect... describe the situation more.

ok better description HELP

it sounds like metal clicking only when the car is rolling and no signal is on
