stands out like a soar thumb in that pic... would be better painted black... (thats what I did to my mast of an antenna... I want to cut it down but I believe its the type with the 'wrap around' wire at the top... and I dont want the super shorty ones...)

I dont like the pic. the car is sweet, attenna sucks, but i think he could have taken a better pic. Not talking about the quality but the angle. The car looks weak. Rather than walking 50 feet away and zooming in he should have gotten closer to the car to get more dramatic perspective.
the way he shot it the winshield looks 3 feet tall and the front end doesent look big enough for even a v6. it just makes the car look goofy an weak. he should have taken that pic about 10-15 feet away tops.
Car props.
Camera props.
Angle of photo, couldnt be worse.

No no... I totally see what he is talking about... TThe colors and everything look good but it looks like the front bumper is shrunken... bad angle etc.

the car is great,
the quality of photo is great,
lighting is great,
but the angle he chose and the distance just make it look weak.... not a very dramatic angle.

the car is great, the camera seems to be of good quality, the location is nice, the lighting is great but too bad he had to SCREW the pic up with one of the only 2 lousy angles in existance, but he did it.

Im sorry man, the car look weak as **** in that pic. End of story. there are very FEW angles in photography that make a mustang look like crap. Standing 50 feet away and zooming in happens to be one of the few shitty angles. There it is. Deal with it. i dont understand why yer gettin all butthurt cause i think the angle is weak.

butthurt? nah..but what im getting at, is that you're just making **** up, and you're little theory is entirley based on opinion..not the basics of photography...next time just say "i dont like the way the pic makes the car look," instead of making up a bunch of stuff up to make your opinion seem more like fact

you know how to use zoom and distance to create different effects right? lol! i mean, thats some pretty simple basic stuff.
Here is some basic camera 101, now sit down and let me educate you a little bit. Taking a distance shot and zooming in reduces the pertspective angles and gives it a flatter 2 dimentional look. the proof is in the pic right in front of you ya meathead.
However, if you DONT use the zoom and just get a little bit closer to the picture you get a far more 3 dimentional perspective which wont make the cart look flat like it does on that pic.
Now, getting too close once can greatly overexagerate the 3 dimentionality of the subject, sometimes that is desireable, some times it is not, however, cars look best with a little bit of 3 dimentionality to them.
im absolutly not making it up, the front windshield looks like a ****in billboard in that pic, the front end looks so tiny that it looks like it would have a hard time housing an inline 4. That pic while high in quality and lighting does NOT do that car justice.
Dude, it is simple geometry. And while i would love to take credit for creating geometry and the physics behind it, i diddnt make that stuff up.
lol....
