ok i bought the 95 5.o 2 weeks ago and the smog pump is gone but all the plumbing is still there can i get rid of it it is just hanging htere can someone please help and i just changed the oil and the guy before me had less than a quarte of oil and it blows smoke out the pipes when i push the gas

 

Not sure about how th e smog equip is ran, but take it off and plug any holes left. Burning oil, could be a lotta things. How many miles?

 

also need to know the color of the smoke-blue,black,white?

 

they color was like white or a slight gray there is 149,000 miles on the car so pull all hoses and plug all the holes from the smog pump

 

posted in the other thread about deleting that stuff. did u check the oil after the change? was the oil milky looking, car running hot? could be a blown hg. dunno.

 

if the color of the smoke is white that is not a good thing you might want to check your engine

 

Yeah, white is bad. Do you know who you bought it from? I would be asking him some questions. and tell him thanks for you might have to rebuild your motor.
