Of course there's a book. It's called "Name Calling for Idiots: Secrets of the Trade for Donkey Raping **** Eaters"
In the UK it's known colloquially as: "Madonna's Guide to Being a Stuck-Up Bitchy Pseudo-Brit From Detroit in a World of 24hr African Orphanages". Sales are notably lower with that title though.

Any engage in some soups?
I create a by crowd of soups that check out terrific, and can be made in big batches and frozen. Is there any interest?
