yes...buildings were being evacuated and so on...the plane was being escourted by a fighter jet and they did many circles around the statue of liberty...in other words...they made people **** their pants

As far as I know, yes. I'm sure they'll get somebody to photoshop the cockpit out of the corner and the reflection just in front of the plane, but I haven't seen any other copy of this photo. And it really sucks in comparison to the old Mount Rushmore photo....

 

I just love that retarded ****** new yorkers are tripped out by AIR FORCE ONE flying low. Yeah... Barack Obama is a terrorist. He's planning on flying AFO into the Empire State Building. This was a dry run. They don't want the same debacle that Bush had when he flew those 3 planes into those 2 buildings on the other side of town.

 

It's pretty tough to tell if it's Air Force One when it's flying over you. I'm pretty sure that at that point all planes look the same. Don't tell me if you were in Manhattan and you saw a plane flying noticeably low near the city you wouldn't at least remember (if even for a moment) what happened there eight years ago.

It would certainly be an eerie reminder of 9/11 but honestly I can only hope Americans can tell that that is AFO 1) by its paint scheme or 2) by the f16 fighter jet that was tailing it just out of this picture.

 

I can see very much so how this could look to the people of New York. When your on the ground you cant always see PAINT SCHEMES or markings, and the FACT that there WERE fighter jets tailing it only makes things look worse IMO! I say this is just another dumb *** move by Obama. Why the **** do the citizens of NY need to relive 9-11? I wonder how many people that had a loved one die that day seen this dumb *** stunt and thouht it was another attack? This **** is just really fucked up IMO.

 

From what im reading Obama was not the one who signed off on having this done, and he was pretty pissed off when he found out they flew it over manhatton.

Also from that picture, looks to be of cell phone quality I can easily ID AFO, so to the naked eye I can only imagine that picture to be clearer and the colors to be more vibrant. Maybe just me but some people are a little to frustrated/angered by this. Yeah it was probably poor decision with out some sort of notice, but seriously it shouldn't be that big of deal. But that is just me.

 

If you can't tell it's AFO from the ground even when it's 10000 feet up, you have your eyes closed. There's only 1 plane in the world with that paint scheme and a (pair of) F16's following it.

You guys fail to understand that I see low flying LARGE aircraft all day long. It's not a big deal unless it's coming at you. If it is, follow the KYAG (kiss your *** goodbye) protocol and all will be fine.

 

I don't know, we've got a plane company up here called like Korean Air or something like that that's got a very similar blue and white paint scheme on it. So if I personally saw a plane flying around really low with people running and screaming "terrorists!" around me it might take me a bit to identify it. And I can't even begin to explain how tasteless that comment was. Is that something you found?
