mustangtuning ships quick, i get my stuff usually in 2 days, i got my wheels the next day when i ordered. removing cats= removing restrictions so it shouldnt decrease power, im not sure about the gains, its mainly done for sound though not hp/tq gains

If you remove all cats youll lose a little bit of back pressure and on a NA car you need a little bit. Youd probably lose a little bit on the bottom end and maybe pickup just a bit on the top end as well as being noisy. Personally Id just a midpipe with a pair of free flowing cats.

To answer your question about the cats: "It depends"
On a near stock car with no cats and resonators instead of mufflers, you will loose power. If you remove the cats, but have a baffled style muffler, you should see some gains. In the end, no matter what catback or mid pipe combo you pick, don't expect any more than about 15 rwhp.
On a blower car, the gains are bigger.

Yes, if you lose the cats on an N/A car, you have to expect to lose some low end, because thats what backpressure somewhat helps with, but you will notice something more up top. Oh, and it just sounds badass...lol
