that's kinda subjective. what exactly do you expect out of it? prices are your responsibility. American Muscle usually has decent prices.

yeah... it's a 4.6. There's no 5.0L in a current ford sold in the US.

maybe the new 302 saleen? anyway... i was hinting that this thread might belong in the 4.6 forum or the general tech forum.... but its all good

Personally, i like the how the pypes 409 mid-muffler system looks from American Muscle. nothing kills me more than seeing the mufflers right behind the exhaust tips. With that in mind... maybe a nice axle-back system could do the trick.

i'd go with a complete SLP LM 2 System, get rid of your entire stock exhaust system from the tips on up to where it connects to the headers.

if you can afford it get some headers, but if not the other will do.

you'll love the sound, not too loud, but not too quiet.

Ford Racing M-5230-5GT exhaust IMO...Just put it on my 07 GT/CS.

I've had stock exhaust, Magnaflows, flowmasters, now this.

Sounds awesome, looks awesome, and get the x-pipe conversion kit too while your at it...

I'm assuming the 409 means 409 Stainless, right? If that's the case, given how brittle 400 series Stainless is in the winter, I wouldn't use anything made from that alloy that has a chance of scrapping the ground or getting hit.
