Default requesting car negotiation tips

So I am going to try to move on this subaru

http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.js...standard=false

Since it's a 4 hour drive for me I will have to do the negotiation on the phone

The plus of this is he will know that to make a deal he needs to entice me to drive all the way there

My points will be that

due to the detailed service record I can see that the car has not had it's brakes serviced and the visual corrosion on the calipers backs that up also the tie downs for the battery have corrosion and the amount that is on the battery shows it may be in need of service

also the service record does not mention coolant flushing or serviceing the transmission fluid.

Is there anything else you guys see.

I'd like to start the talking at around 6200 and go from there so hopefully I can get him (or his boss) to come down to between 6700 and 6900 out the door

any advice or constructive critisism would be appreciated

The passenger side (and I'm assuming drivers side) side skirt is badly yellowed.

seriously man. get a WRX that same year for like 2 grand more. you'll be kicking yourself for not doing it..those RSs are SLOWWW. wrxs are a super fun enjoyable car. fork out the extra cash, it's not that much! especially if you plan on keeping it for a while.

Trust me man I have been looking and there are either way above KBB or super far away or have too many miles

plus the insurance would be higher

I realize that this car is slower but I have also read lots of reviews about the RS and what all of them seem to say is that it's just as much fun to drive because it has the same handling If I really want the speed later I will buy it some nitrous.

I'm looking to get a car that's fun while still being very practicle.
I could afford a WRX if I wanted to but I can easily afford this without straining my budget

Plus if I go back on my word later and decide to mod this is a 2.5l engine which has more potential than the 2.0 turbo of the wrx

they make a bolt on turbo kit that will make an rs put down over 210 awhp

I'm not interested in that right now though
