Default Tips for my Tips

I need some tips on cleaning my exhaust tips, they are still silver, but they have marks and all over them. I tried polishing them, they get shiny but theres still little marks and dirt on them that are almost impossible to get off.

Any help?

Use an older piece of paint cleaning clay or mineral spirits to remove the dirt/grease/tar, then polish them with chrome polish and buff with a microfiber towel to bring up the luster.
