That is really a loaded question and there will be many different responses, but I will try to help:

Headers: There are three styles. long, medium and short. The long ones (LT's) will produce the most hp, but are expensive and a real pain in the *** to install. Expect about 0 - 20 hp depending on which ones you go with. This si not a good mod at all for a beginner as you also may need a dyno tune when you are done. Headers tend to lean out your a/f.

Catback: Great mod! Worth the money just in sound alone. Lots of options available and expect anywhere from 0 - 10 hp tops depending on your choice.

Mid Pipe: I recommend either an after-market H pipe or an X pipe. You need to be careful what you select depending on your catback choice. A good mid pipe will get you 10 - 15 hp.

UDP's - Great idea. Cheap and an easy 8 hp. You can install yourself, or pay a mechanic. My ford dealer charged me $50 which was well worth the money.

CAI: I have one, but I think they are not worth the money. Unless you want some bling under the hood or a blower, leave it stock.

There are others, but I just discussed the ones you mentioned.

well. haha. headers 400 bucks, mid pipe 200, catback 400. cold air 150, udp 170, thats like 1500 bucks when u include shipping. and 2000 if installation costs for headers are necessary. so get a used blower kit for a tad more and get a much better turn around wise guys
