Default Paris Hilton Out Of Jail

now see...this is too much....the average everyday working man should absolutely rise up against a system this corrupt....first they cut her 45 day time for good behavior to 23 days before she even goes to jail...now shes out after 3 days...cmon now...we all have family in the system somewhere servin time that dont get even a glance from a judge...i have uncles down south on a chain gang...can they come home because jail is a mean place?...unbelievable...unfriggin believable...how much longer does the workin man have to put up with this...two ways to go.....rob and steal...make enough to buy your way out if you get caught or sit on your *** all day like the wastes on welfare and have everything handed to you....hell...even the illegal immigrants are gonna have more rights than the workin man soon

You knew this would happen. She's a celebrity. You didn't actually think she would be spending 23 days in jail did you? and by the way, I don't have any relatives sitting in prison anywhere.

That is freaking terrible, I think her and Lynsay Lohan and all the rest of the repeat DUI celebs, need to get it just like the rest of us. No more I will just go to rehab 8 times before I am 21 and then be seen on tv entering a night club. Pure crap

awesome twist in the story...the cool judge who sentenced her to 45 days with no possiblity of parole or house arrest has begun an investigation into the sheriff who decided it was his authority to release her...so not only is it possible that she goes back to jail...its now possible that the crooked sheriff goes to jail too for contempt of court in releasing her...and before the "so what i hate her" crowd start saying just ignore her...this is a bigger story than the hilton girl...its now about how this justice sysytem treats the workin stiff..and seeing how this plays out is a important part of history...congressman are already reportin simmering tensions building on the streets over her release

I agree with Ziggy....who cares. But while all of us have said and probably agree that she's getting special treatment, who honestly get's 45 days in jail for driving on a suspended license after a DUI? Probably nobody....at least not in big cities where the jails are full.

should Paris Hilton be taught a lesson that just because your rich and famous you can't do whatever the hell you want...sure, but I don't think a normal person with no criminal history other than a DUI is going to get 45 days in jail for driving on a suspended license.

There are some nasty politics going on in L.A. right now and it goes beyond Paris Hilton.

I'm tossing my lot in on the streetracer side... the justice system that's not just is only going to lead the country to civil unrest. When you and I can be assured of harsh treatment for some conviction but a celebrity gets their punishment for the same thing basically wiped away like it was beneath them to be thought of as subject to law... there's trouble brewing.

Imagine what happens when rich people decide that murder is totally ok cuz they'll all get the OJ treatment and spend their waning days playing golf.

I hope the judge slaps the sheriff directly into the klink for as many days as he deprived Paris of being there. Then he needs to bring that dirty little **** back in and put her in general population like the rest of us. If we get *** raped by 60 psychos they don't give a ***. Why should we care if Stupid Spoiled ***** gets fisted by a broad that looks like Andre the Giant?

I totally hear ya and agree for the most part. I guess my question was....Famous or not, who get's 45 days in jail for driving on a suspended license? Especially in a large city where the jails are already packed. Do I think Paris Hilton needs to be bitch slapped and punished, sure I do. I actually think it's about time they made an example out of a celeb, and the Sheriff was way out of line by ignoring the court order. That would be great if they charge him with contempt of court

LOL! I wonder if she has a prison tattoo now? Maybe they fed her a little better than her momma did. She probably had her own private dining room and menu. lol...

well I do believe she was caught twice driving on a suspended license. So fro being that dumb and getting caught twice, then yes she deserves the 45 days in jail. They even said she's in the area of the jail where they put celebrities. I think thats horrible that they have a special place just cause you have money. They should be with everyone else so they'll really learn their lesson.

we almost had a hilton wing at that state prison... guess daddy's check didn't clear quick enough... she deserves everthing she gets and she needs to be treated like everyone else... i know if it were me i'd be sitting in jail for six month's... her original sentence was a joke, her reduced sentence was a joke and the fact that she actually thought she was getting out free and clear after three days was a joke... this judge is the man... he's showin her that she is nuttin in the face of the law... one of the few who are willing to through caution to the wind and forget the fact that she is a celebrity
