... incredibly loud music?

i was wondering if someone could get arrested if they played music so loud it managed to kill someone?

what do ya'll think?

it would have to be in excess of 165+ db for low tones like 100hz and lower. I believe higher frequencys do more damage but it has to be 15k+ I dont know whos going to do 160db at 15k hz. lol
