Default tire & rims

can anyone tell me if Chrome Deep Dish Bullitts with Sumitomo threads of 265/35/18 in the front and 285/35/18 in the rear will work on a 1996 SVT Cobra painted Cherry Red.Are the tires too low for everyday use? Will the rims go well with the color.

They should be fine. Those are the same size of tires I ran on my GT for 2 year's with no problem's.

And yes they would look good with Cherry Red.

Hi there,
Thanks for the reply.Do you think the deep dish rims will cause the tires to stick out to far from the fenders. Also do you think the 35 tires are too low a profile for everyday use?

Your opinion much appreciated.I see you don't use the deep dish.Your ride is beautiful.

Even though his wheels may not be deep dish I believe he still runs a 10 inch wheel in the rear. You will be fine. The 10 inch rear wheel won't stick out too far at all. I run the same tire/wheel setup you mentioned on my 04 GT.

35's on an 18 inch rim is your best option.Unless you go 315's in the rear, then 30's are your only option.
