You specifically told your roomate not to smoke weed in your apt. and he did while you were sleeping? Yeah i frickin wake up from a daytime nap cuase i got up at 5 and smell this weed coming underneath my door, I go out and my roomate and bunch of other guys are smoking. So im ****ing pisssed so i bitch my roomate out cuz I told him in these word I DO NOT WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THAT ****. but no the dumb **** thought it was ok since I was sleeping. man i am so pissed right now. now my apt smells like ****. would anyone be pissed?

 

I would definitely be pissed. I hate the smell of smoke/weed and it just stinks up the whole place. I hate inconsiderate people. If you need to smoke weed that bad then go to someone elses house who doesn't care. he could have at least smoked in his room with the door closed and a window open. Ask your roommate if its alright if you **** on his bedroom floor and I'm sure he'll say no. Then wait until he is asleep and then go take a nice steamy **** and so oh, you were asleep so I thought it was ok. What a jackass.

 

lol nice way to put it. im so mad because we both play football and if he gets caught he will be off the team and in trouble with the police. and since i am the only one on the lease of the apartment i am responsible for anything that happens in this aprtment so ill get screwed too. i dont know i just dont want to be around that bull ****, i dont care if it does nothing and is unharmful its ILLEGAL.

 

LoL welcome to college, my roomate used to smoke all the time too, but idk i mean if he's guna smoke he's guna smoke, i wouldn't flip out on him unless he's your friend or your guna get a whole more then you bargined for...rn't you bigger then him neways?

 

yeah i outweigh him by about 80 pounds, over the weekend he knocked over my xbox and i asked why and he said oh i was high. he trys to use it as an excuse, its not so much the fact of him smoking its the disrespect thats what got me mad

 

Is he your boy? or is he just a random roomate, if its your boy then sit him down and give him a heart to heart...ie blanket party...

if not, then tell him to ****in stop, and when he does it again tell the landlord...

 

well since he doesnt care, and its your *** on the line if anything happens. id suggest you tell him like it is or hit the ****in road with an eviction notice. you cant toss his **** and tell him leave... there has to be some sort of forwarning.

I dunno..I don't respect stoners.. I fooled around with it back in the day..but it seems like most of them are disrespectful and immature.. if i were you..i'd serve him some papers.

Its worse that he brought in his buddies ..its basically spitting in your face.

 

it's your place... decide how important that issue is to you. The likelihood of the cops showing up at your house for him and his homies tokin a fatty is next to nil. In most states you'd get a ticket at best even if it did happen. Your football status is your problem and his is his. If it's the smell that burns your bacon, tell him to burn some incense while they toke. I'm sure a bachelor pad could use the help scent wise. Out here in California it's not such an issue... pretty much nobody gives two squirts of cold **** one way or the other.

As for it being illegal... cool and it's illegal to **** on the side of the road but when you feel like you need to you're willing to risk it. He's not actually risking any part of your life. Nobody gives a damn if there's somebody smokin' pot in an apartment. If he's selling it... worry.

EDIT: on the betrayal factor... you called him on the carpet for it. Cool. Now back it up and tell him, "here's how you can..." or "I'm not joking. No smoking in my place or you're out."

 

You should distance yourself from that type of activity and if it means your roomy has to go then thats the way it is.

Homie or not like everyone else has said you laid down some basic and easy to follow rules. I would bring him into the real world really fast and let him know that your not going to go for his dumb f***k ups.
