I dont know where you live, but I purchased mine from this place called Auto Spectrum, they have auctions on ebay and **** and also have a website. They deal in performance cars. Heres the site.
http://www.auto-spectrum.com/
If you do happen to buy a vehicle from them, mention the name Herb Ospina, I can get 100 bucks if you happen to buy from them since I refered you.
Heres what I purchased, a mineral grey 2001 mustang gt with 49k miles automatic for 11k.

No Way.... Look at your local wheels&Deals, AutoTrader.com, Carmax.com etc... Especially with 113,000Mi. I think that, you should look into a newer GT 98,99 you should be able to find one moderately priced at around 5 or 6k.

3500 isn't bad for a 96gt in good shape. Scrap the motor (high miles) and get a 4.6 from a 99+ for less than 1K and enjoy yourself.
With over 100K on the clock it's going to be needing things soon. If you don't want to deal with that, then pony up the dough for a newer car. 99+ if you can. Don't break yourself on the cost. Get what you can or wait.
