Default AODE upgrade

Hello, I need some advice. I got a 97 GT convert for a fathers day present last year. I added cat back exhaust and 4:10 gears. The AODE is starting to shift funny. I am going to have the AODE rebuilt but want to make it as strong as possible, plans call for a better heads, intake and more aggressive cams, perhaps even a power adder. Anyones input on a parts list would be great or even a recommendation on a complete trans. I know I am going to hear swap out the AODE but my wife loves to drive it and she would not like a 5 speed.

Thanks,
H

Look at Lentech or Dynamic for a complete trans. Not sure if BC Automotive builds transmissions, but if they do you can look into them also. I know they make some good converters.

PA C4 auto and a 5.4L 2v. That'll make her happy.
