Default car trouble!

Ok guys, I have been having issues with my car not running right. A few of the problems I have been having include: drained batteries, alternator test good and bad on sequential tests, ABS light on, low to no braking while driving :nono2: , little to no power steering until the engine runs for a while, and the battery light is almost always on, sometimes the voltage level on the cluster is on L then goes to H when I drive. Also, the radio, windows, wipers, and instrument lights have trouble operating at times.

I have had the battery tested, charged and changed, the power steering fluid is at max, no OBD codes, new battery cable connections, and all fuses are intact, but I do not know how to check the black relays...I think that is it. Does anyone know what else I should check?

I also found the white plastic piece disconnected by the brake. I tried and tried, but all I could come up with was this to put it back. Is it connected right?

car is an 00 gt.

New symptom, from a cold start the pulleys hardly move...at times they even stop turning! After the car warms up everything work fine. WTF is up? Can anyone help?

Do your pulleys also turn freely by hand (w/o the belt on)?

No, I noticed that the center of the HB is turning but the outer part is not turning at all. I ordered new pulleys, but would that explain why the battery goes dead and the power steering issue?

Probably since no engine power is getting to the alt and PS pump.
