Default Loud!

OK I didnt think there would be much extra noise from these new lower control arms but I was wrong between my gear whine and exahust and road noise right now its annoying unless I have my radio on.

I was wondering is I dynomat my trunk and spray that crap down that deadening junk on the bottom of the car will that help or what? Give me some ideas.

What control arms did you go with? Are they helping with your launch and traction when you're on the juice?

Oh and yes sound deadening will help it always does. If you don't mind the weight. Oh go with spray on if you can.

Dynamat it if it bothers you. More weight on the rearend...oh wait, that wont make a difference since you lost weight with the arms.

the stiffer the bushings in your control arms the more NVH you will have. Just the way the cookie crumbles. I wouldn't spray anything under the car as that tends to lock in any newborn rust and speed it on it's way to cancer level holes. Use some dynomat to cut down on the high frequency rattles coming from the stereo by slapping it into the trunk, inside body panels and doors, make sure you have your control arms correctly tightened, make sure your exhaust isn't touching a frame rail and go from there.

If you can give us a better idea of what it sounds like (hum, whine, rattle, etc..) we can probably be of more help.
