Default control arms = squeeky?

I always hear a squeeky sound whenever I go over bumps. Would this be my control arms? I have steeda upper and lower control arms for the rear and I heard that it would cause squeeky noises. What can I do to get rid of the sound. I want to dynomat (i think thats what it is) my car's interior to insulate my sound system and outside sounds. All this squeeky, ticky, mumbo jumbo is annoying. I always feel like my passengers feel like my car is going to fall apart with all that sound.

Yeah, you always need to lube up the poly bushings real good or they will squeak and it sucks.
