that's a crappy deal on that. You need to buy exactly:
1 4.6 cylinder head changing kit (about 120 bones)
1 set of PI heads (can be had for <200 bucks all day long)
1 PI intake manifold (100 bucks on ebay for a new one)

IMO there's no need to put the kit together and charge more for it when it's damned near free as it sits. AM doesn't stand to make much on such a thing. Most turd drivers just go out and piece a kit together for <600 bucks.

yep... but why you'd pay 200 bucks for it I don't know.

I would go to a junk yard. find a wrecked 99-04 GT and buy the PI heads off it. Get them cleaned up and ported, and I would throw a nice set of comp cams while your at it, or just get some pi cams.

lol, 1400 for that set? bullshit, they are ripping people off seriously hard. for just 600 bucks more, you can get the earthshaking power out of the Trickflow 2 valve heads that they made for the SN95 cars.

that's just the heads and doesn't include cams or an intake or any of the gaskets. Good cams are 4-700, PI cams are free, intake is 50-125, gaskets are 150.

I like white's suggestion. Very cost effective and you have all the parts and sensors already.

Yeah, that is an awful amount of money just to get the performance of a stock 99-04. I would go with the junk yard suggestions for a lot less or get some good aftermarket heads.

Do you NEED to spend more than you have to? Try MPS for the intake and HPS for the adapter plates (which you don't really need).
