Finally got all the programs needed to edit HD video and what not. I'm not very good right now but I'll get better over time. And nevermind my girlfriend in the first part of the video, I told her not to talk while recording but she isn't that great at listening. And before you guys say anything, no that is not my girlfriend you see in the mirror, that is a friend of mine recording for me. I know the video isn't very eventful or anything and there are no real races or anything. I was just trying to test out the camera.

Was it a 3rd/4th gear miss? I ******* do that **** in the Cobra all the time thanks to Ford and their cheap *** parts in 3rd and 4th gear. Give me a cheap *** 5th and 6th, not the power gears.

 

 

I knew I should've just shut my mouth. Get in an 03-04 Cobra and see if you don't do the same. I haven't met a single guy on SVTP that hasn't. It's just a weird setup. It's like once the trans gets hot 3rd gear just locks out. I've had three different shifters and tried everything sans getting a Viper-Spec T-56 or dogbox to fix it.

Powershifting isn't always an easy thing to do everytime anyways. But it wins races like a champ.

My 5 speed hangs up from 2nd to 3rd alot. It gets annoying escpecially when your slamming the throttle hard. It even does when just normal driving too, seems like there's a sweet spot you have to hit everytime to make it into 3rd gear..

 

Alot of Ford 5 speeds are that way. The one on my supercoupe is really picky about the 2nd to 3rd transition. Seems to be a weak point in alot of the standard trans. from ford
