Well, its the only way to counter a ricer. Is compare your car to theirs if you had the same thing. They make a 4cyl faster than an 6 because it has forced induction, SO if i had forced induction i'd be tons faster.

How is he being a ricer? It's just common sense. He basically means that the dude with the Civic thinks he's fast with 12psi, but his Mustang would be faster if he had 12psi, which is the truth. Nothing ricer about that.

he is doing the same thing the honda guy is doing....one has a slow civic, one has a slow mustang.

Yes, on paper and most likely at the track, a turbo'd v6 would be quicker then the turbo'd 4 banger. But, when talking racing, then "well if" crap is lame..
And still, the honda is slow, even with the turbo, and should be set on fire.

Those little motors may be capable of doing that, but you're talking a real race car, not a car being built by a 20 year old kid making 10 bucks an hour.
He'd need something like 35lbs of boost to hit the 500 mark..and the equipment to handle it..

He got real defensive. Lol.
I have yet to see a civic running 20+ pounds of boost make it more than 25,000 miles. Forged internals or not, it's still running five times as hard as it normally does and will never last unless it's rebuilt regularly.

Yea. I've personally rode in GT30/GT35r civics and they aren't really something to be to proud of. Unless it's stripped it's not that fast and when it's stripped it looks like ****, or even more so than it did before. A stock Termi puts you back in the seat more than they did. The only reason a civic is worth **** is because they're cheap....and parts are cheap. Thats it.
