should i get a regular camera that can take vid. or get a digital camera that can take stills?

if a digital camcordr wut would be a good brand and around 300...

or just get a cybershot camera with vid?

I gotta Kodak p850 ($450-ish) digital camera. It takes really good pics, and with the 1gb card, it stores about 20 minutes of video or 600 pics.

the video on digital camera suck. usually you can't zoom or make any adjustments to it. and i can always tell when im watching a video made by one because the video sucks and the sound sucks lol

lol, cause i want to take pics....but then i love recording...my friend has a regular camcorder...

last night i did some doughnuts (HJE MESSED UP AND COULDNT FOCUS) , a decent burnout, then raced my friends v6 camaro and ate him up...(computer generated of course?) lol..

but just doin that stuff and other stuff, love making vids..

so i kinda want a camcorder but idk wut kind to get...
