Plain and simple. If you ain't man enough to take the bad guy in with your hands then you ain't man enough to take him in. That goes for broads too.

You'll have to forgive me but I'm not apologetic. Used to be you had a resister, you smacked him with the PR-24 baton and he'd cooperate or not but he'd have the marks to show for it and the cop that delivered the whippin had to justify every single blow delivered. Now these ****** *** pussies go out with a ****** taser and do the same barbaric level of pain delivery but they can do it without ever being questioned about the circumstances or need for the amount of compliance encouragement delivered. Tasers don't leave marks and that's NOTHING LESS THAN COPS ELIMINATING EVIDENCE.

If you're a good guy you won't mind the individual baton hits being scrutinized will you. Cops don't break laws do they. Yeah... all cops are crooks at one level or another. Don't ever let anyone tell you otherwise. I've worked with far too many to believe otherwise.

and i have talked to a few cops about them, and the only makes they leave are two little bity puncture wounds where the barded needles go into the skin. and from the cops i've talked to.. "its a cool sound when you pull the barbs out!"

The bottom line is, The drunk driver should have obeyed the officers commands. Like it or not he was caught drunk and driving. All he had to do was put his hands behind his back and go to jail. then face a judge. But no, He had to talk **** to the cop, 1st mistake right there. Then he physically tried to resist arrest, 2nd dumbass move. Then he tried to walk away like nothing was wrong, 3rd mistake. The drunk was in the wrong for driving in the first place. The cop was doing his job. Cops get killed all the time because some people think they shouldn't be arrested.

What if the drunk had rammed some innocent driver and killed someone. OH NO I didn't mean to do it he would say. But there is a law against it, He broke that law so I feel no sympathy cause he got tazed. He should have just took the arrest like a normal person would, else you'll get tazed, or pepper sprayed, or like in the good old days get the billy club upside your head.. Either way you are gonna go to jail cause you broke the law..

 

I don't think anyone is questioning the fact that the guy needed something done. He resisted arrest. But I'm with R3d on this that the tasers are giving cops too much leeway. If you search on the net there are a lot of videos where the cops were NOT justified using a taser. Plus there are reports of ppl being killed by tasers. Billy club to the back never did that.

 

I do agree with this.. Tazers probably aint a safe alternative to deadly force. Same with stun guns. Thats a lot of voltage and you can't predict what that will do to anyones heart. Plus now they are marketing these tazers for protection aimed specifially for women . Gawdam pissed off chick can taze you when she pleases. Not a good idea for women who don't want to get a man sized *** whoopin. If You can get those dam darts out before you pass out or have a heart attack. Just think you **** a woman off, she tazes you because of that.. We would all be getting tazed all the time..

 

the tasers that you can buy for home use. actually have lots of restrictions on them.. like you have to buy it, then go and register, buy the head, get a certain stamp on it.. and then the thing thats the worst about the home ones cops have a bust for 5 seconds. the ones you can buy for home last anywhere from 20-30 seconds so you have time to get away (or thats what they say) you go and then send more information off and get a new taser..

the jail i work for want all of us to cary them on transports but i refuse im with you guys if i need to use a tazer im not doing my job right all i cary is my gun and oc spray.
