Default Chip problems

I have a 2002 Mustang v6. I recently bought the SCT Superchips Custom Eliminator 4-Bank Mustang Performance Chip from mustangtuning.com. I gave them the info they needed and they sent me the chip. After I installed it I ran out my gas tank and filled up with the right octane. I started the car in the custom tune and it ran fine.. then randomly the engine cut out completely. I tried it again and the same thing happend randomly during just regular driving on my way to work. Then I tried it one more time.. i drove around for awhile then parked, i revved the engine and again the engine turned off... this time the "service engine soon" light came on when I started it up in stock tune. I've been driving it for about a week now on the stock tune and it runs fine. Anyone happen to know what could be wrong?

thats one reason I dont like getting mail ordered tunes....I would recomenned going to a tuning shop and get the chip custom dyno tuned. you will see better results compared to the mail order tune. Although many people have had thier chips sent with a mail ordered tune and have had no bad issues...so suttin is def wrong wiith your mail order
