from what ive read on here and heard from other people you really dont need a chip unless you have serious mods and/or a power adder of some kind.so unless you have some mods not listed i would wait. you probably wont gain much, and if you get one now you would have to pay for another tune later if you do more mods.

Installation is very easy.

As for is it worth it. I had a customer email me recently that bought a chip a while ago. He wanted to thank me for picking up a consistent 3/10ths in the quarter mile and an average gain of 2.5 miles to the gallon of gas mileage.

Obviously the more mods you have, the more you need a chip to get your car running correctly. But a fairly stock car can still get decent power gains.

It is really up to you, if you plan on adding some serious mods soon, it would be best to get it after. But if you are keeping the car as is for a while, then it might be worth it to you. And of course, the chip can be reprogramed if you do decide to add modifications.
