Well, I don't know anything for sure yet as I'm waiting for my four-wheeler to sell so I have money... but I think I'm going to swap in a V8 and the works... it will be a lot of work but definately worth it. 3.73 gears and posi traction of course. Just put on my 17x9 Anthracite Bullitts w/ 275 tires

Why 40th badges on a 2000?

this had nothing to do with v6's the 40th anniversary badges came on v6's. when he said REAL 40th it means its really a 2004 mustang hence 40th anniversary.

I have owned a 99 V6....and an 01 Stage 1 Roush V6..Tons of mods to each, so i think I have been around the V6 forums for a while...

The reason I said a "REAL 40th Anniversary mustang", is most people think that all 2004 mustangs are 40th anniversary mustangs...if you would have taken the time to look at the pic, Ford actually built a 40th mustang package on GT's and V6's that was a limited build edition...LOOK AT THE LINK I POSTED!!!! The true 40th package was available on Premium GT and Premium V6....and it shows how the emblem should be placed on the car....

...I think his car looks sharp, I think your car looks sharp....I was just curious of why 40th badges on a 2000? No flamed intended....just a question.....and if I put something on my car wrong, I would want someone to tell me!

I think that stripe looks great...I have the 2000 Spring Special stripes with the GT cut out on mine...but they are becoming very popular, and I want something a little different...

Floppy: you have done a lot of the similar mods to yours that I have done to mine.....

True...but exterior mods are pretty general....and I am always looking for something different to do to my car...

personally, I have really been looking for tinted rear side reflectors...not the crystal clear, but some black ones....I have seen them once on a car and they looked great....

What side emblems do you have? They had some 3D Powered by Ford emblems on that were laser cut that looked really sharp.( http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Chrom...QQcmdZViewItem )

To keep this V6 oriented...If I still had a 6, or a Mach 1, I would be pulling off my side emblems, and buying some of the new pony package Pony emblems! Those, which are bigger, look great!
