Default V6 mods and general discussion!!!

Whats everyone doin to there SIXERS this winter? This includes engine work and exterior. Post pics of cars and other such things. This thread is to get to know all the v6 guys that visit mustangboards.

Well I guess I'll start off.

1. Vortech V2 Supercharger
2. Innovate Motorsports LC-1 Wideband
3. 42lb. injectors
4. 310lph focus fuel pump
5. VMP PCV delete
6. Set of 6 AWSF-22C Spark Plugs

#1-6 should be ordered in June.

7. Maximum Mortorsports Standard length sub frame connectors
8. SCT cutom tune by Racers Edge Tuning

#7 and 8 Will be done tomorrow

9. PA street/strip valve body

That will do it for this year. Should make for a fun sixer

2. New Iowa Hawkeye floor mats

3. New Iowa Hawkeye window tint

4. New Sony Head Unit and hopefully all the fixin's with it.

5. This March For B-day UNcatted H with Flowmasters

Hopefully for me a compete procharger set-up or swap and '01 cobra engine in. not too sure one which one yet.

I have a few things to do this winter.....
exterior
xenon c scoops
saleen s2000 rear
saleen s281 spoiler
lambos
jms c scoops

Engine
Complete m-90 install
I want to get a sct tuner that i can tune off a labtop
bassani ss exhaust
mac long tubes
front mount intercooler
(lots of powdercoating in chrome hopefully :shifty: )

Here are pics of what she looks like right now.

Yo do you go to Iowa? My best friend is goin out there...please BEAT FLORIDA...OMG I HATE GATORS! Lol...

As for me

- Side Exhaust (today hopefully)

- Lowering Springs

- Rear Tailight Tint

- Shelby Racing stripes

- Strut bar painted and installed (Hopefully it fits had some fitment problems)

- Possible Short Throw, depends how much money is left**

Honestly I don't really like the older style 94-98's but yours looks Bad ***... I can't wait to find a nice set of C-pillar panels. I got this image in my head and I just can't wait to get it realized on my car. This is the concept pic.

That car is bad ***. If you get yours to look like that i will be in love . I love my c-pillars i got a great deal on them 200 bucks brand new in the box :clap:. They dont seem to have the best quality but they fit fairly good.
Come on sixers show the rest of us mods and pics

well i... am gonna get my new saleen front bumper installed and painted in the next 2 weeks.

then also i am trying to decide on what kind of after market headlights i wanna swap out...

then hopefully ill get some ibachs lowering springs...

and then... back tail light tint should be on by the end of next month.

and hopefully a completion saleen body kit before i leave for Iraq in June...


OH OH OH! and i cant forget about my black 18 inch saleen rims...



(oh and not in the specific order...)

Two 17x9 Bullit Rims
Two 17x10.5 Bullit Rims
New Brakes
Re-wiring of the inside blacklight neon from a 16g to a 10g wire
Re-wiring the CB Radio and re-grounding its antenna

other than that some polishing and some cleaning, gonna add a few switches, adding/changing fluids... basic winter garage stuff

umm that would be great hey when your get the v6 supercharged are yoiu going to get a new engine since yours is pushing in the 90k mile range

Well i really dont plan on it. I drive it in the summer just on the weekends It has low miles for the year. Only 2 owners i knew one of them and he worked 30 miles away so they were mostly highway. Wasnt driven hard by him soo i think she will hold up.

i dont think there are allot of v6's like us on here that come on thid site reguarly i see them ask a ? then leave theres only about 4 of us v6ers on here regulary

Realitivly new to the whole mod thing. But so far installed cai, put flowmaster exaust. The only problem is now I have to change the front struts. I am not looking forward to that. but drive it daily. Thinking of putting new headers and maybe a x-pipe w/cats. but she'll squak the tires in first and a little in second. no prob.

haha i didnt crush them i only told you that you would not be making 210hp form a exhaust and intake =) like u had originally thought

yeah were getting them i was tlkign to him for a while so i think hell be on tuning frequently so i think now we should have 5 v6 guys that come on here everyday

Any of the v6 guys should keep it in here for most things they need to know. Cuban knows his **** and will help out with any thing you need to know.
