94 v6 manual to auto trans

I'd say just go by an Automatic instead of converting. Trade your car in and get another one.
I don't like Automatics because they're boring, to simple. To repair the tranny it cost a whole lot more then a manual. You also can't control your RPM's and what not with an Automatic. With a manual I'm pretty sure you save gas. There is a lot of other things. Then my person favorite you have a better chance getting out of snow with a manual. That's just my opinion.
+1 on why he's trying to do this.

im not sure about that, maybe spike will chime in on this, i seem to recall him helping stephan4036 swap transmissions and i dont think they had to go through the hassle of finding another computer.

Brake pedal assembly, automatic flexplate, auto. shifter, shifter cable, console bezel and the shift interlock cable, and obviously an AODE with a torque converter, transmission harness, transmission cooler lines to the radiator, an automatic radiator or an external transmission cooler kit, and don't forget to remove the pilot bearing.
