Default Difference between superchargers

Alright, I'll admit it right off the bat. . . I know enough about engines and stuff to do simple stuff, but now I'm starting to work up to the big boy things. I've been looking at superchargers lately and seen kits specifically for GT's or V6's. What's the difference between the two kits? Is it just the piping, fuel injectors, etc?

blower sizing, bracketry, accessories, etc... they're totally different kits other than sometimes sharing a head unit (the compressor itself) in common. If you have a v6, get a v6 kit. If you have a GT, get a GT kit and so on. They're a bitch to make work if you get the wrong one.

main thing that is the same is the head unit. that's about it. even then the head unit can have some differences.
