when you're buying gears (3:55, 3:73, 4:10, etc..) what you're doing is buying a product that will change your final drive ratio. The bigger the number, the faster acceleration, mildly higher rpms and lower overall top speed (which doesn't mean crap because you'll never see your top end). The tuners however do a butt load of things. You can program them to change your air:fuel ratio making you engine run richer or leaner. They are also good when buying gears because most can digitally fix your speedometer unless you've got an sn95 which uses a little plastic piece to judge speed. Some of the higher end tuners even have little extras like estimated hp, 1/4mi times, 1/8mi times, and more. Go to AM and read up about what features the different tuners have, it's pretty self explanitory.

king pretty much said it all, if you end up getting gears id suggest 373s..its a happy medium and less shifting than the 410s

Sorry, Spike. I just like those smilies and only when spammers attack do I feel the need to use them. I'll cut back on that tough...
