I recently went to a muffler shop to get dual flowmaster super 44's on my single exhaust 2000 v6. They then told me there was an issue with fitting the right side pipe due to the car's gas tank/lines on that side. Is this BS or is it that difficult to fit a pipe in that right side of the car to get duals?

exactly what i thought. its possible for them to weld the duals from the pipe coming out of my cat isnt it? i ask this because when i got my glasspack put on, (for some reason) they cut off where the tailpipe bolts onto the pipe coming out of my cat.

 

Yes it is possible, thats the way mine is done.

 

i was thinkin about doing the dual super 44's also where did u get yours? did u get 2.25" inlets/outlets? i see them in autozone but the ones on the shelf have 2.5" comming off of them. i did not ask if they had more sizes in the back.
