You realize they sell the alt pulley because it helps spin the alt faster right.

actually i think some kits do come with a larger pulley for the alt. but i sure as hell wouldn't do that, and i'll probably look into a reduced pulley because i'm already pushing 2 kicker 12s.

but i'm not completly sure so u may be right..

It should always be smaller to get the alt. to spin faster to keep the charging close to stock specs.

that might be but IMO they did you a favor. diablo sucks...period. SCT is a much better product with support that actual helps. We couldnt get support last time i had a diablo product. SCT however answered everytime and had useful info.

25% UDP is one of the best bolt-ons you can do.

-25% UDP
-RR's
-cheap CAI
-Gears T-lock

-xcal handheld tuner

those are the best bang for the money.

I have yet to hear anything positive about rpmout, and wouldnt risk working with them to save myself 8 bucks or so.

It is a good idea, but not if you have a stereo system that requires more power than stock. The point of the UDP's is to make the other pulleys run a little slower, so the engine gets less of it's potential energy robbed. It turns the alternator pulley(and others) a little slower, which makes no diff if you have stock components that don't pull much electricity. If you have a nice aftermarket setup, I would keep your pulleys stock and look elsewhere for HP increase.
Some years have multiple pulleys, some have just one pulley coupled with the harmonic balancer...depends on your year.

with most kits you get a smaller alt pulley so it dosen't affect your charging

ok whenever i had that little alt pulley on my stang would take awhile to turn on. Like i would have to crank it at least two times so it could turn on. And then once i put the stock alt pulley back on a few days later my stang started on just one crank and so ive decieded to leave the stock one on. I was thinking it might of been my starter going bad but it wasnt. Even since ive put my stock alt. pulley back on i have had no problems at all anymore.
