HELP!
I just bought a BBK Cold Air Intake system for my 2000 mustang, and i have had non stop with gurgling noises when i come to a complete stop, it comes and goes as it wants, i've done some reasearch and I keep getting the answer of a motor mount being lose or something, anyone else help me? have any ideas? I'm a college student and def don't want to spend the big bucks unless 100% i need to spend to fix the problem.
Thanks!

a gurgling sound wouldn't be a result of a motor mount being lose (i think). chances are that it is because of the new cold air intake you installed, considering it is something just modified. just go over the whole thing again, and then do it once more. maybe your MAF needs cleaning or your filter is lose or something.
oh, and you know how if you can't afford to tip the bartender, then you can't afford to drink at a bar? well... if you can't afford to fix regular problems on ur car, you can't afford to mod your car.

is it a gurgle noise of kinda a whistle noise? I have a BBK as well for my 03v6 ..... and it does make a whistling noise ..... however not all the time as you describe. If its a whistle then dont worry about it.

Problem Fixed
GDP: yea there is like a hissing sound to the air intake system, which is completly normal.... with my problem before, the reason why i was gettin a gurgling sound was because my pistons were miss firing thus leading to that noise. thanks for all the help!
