you can either get a hand held tuner like an Xcal2-3 or get your car dynotuned at a professional car tuner and no a ford dealership will not tune your car they do not deal with things that are after-market wise

buying a handheld tuner is the best way to go. you can pull codes and be able to have control over alot of things.
for instance if it is going to be cold and your running agressive timing on a supercharged motor and are worried about the motor you can subtract timing with the press of a button.
