Default Upgrade help. Please

I have a 2002 v6 Mustang. Both sides of the mufflers have detatched at one point and had my welding friend weld them back on. So first off, I would like to get a new exhaust. Would like it to be louder and look nice.
Second there are a bunch of chips in my hood from hail damage and the front spoiler on the bottom has broken off and just kind of hangs there. So I would like to get a new spoiler and paint job. Any idea on the cost of that at all from anyone?
Then on the interior I'd like to make it look nicer. Was thinking on the chrome looking buttons I saw to get. Are they worth it?
Last the car has 136k miles on it. Anyone know anything I should take a look at to replace on the car so it can last longer and keep running for awhile?
(no car knowledge if you couldn't tell)

Thanks.

wow...alright for exhaust a simple bolt on with look and some power is the Mac Cat back exhaust. Get the y-pipe version like mine if you just want looks, sound and a bit of hp. Next i have no idea what this fron spoiler is that you speak of, is it a chin spoiler like on my car??? As for a new hood their are lots of options you just have to look, my personal fav. is the Cobra R. For the interior i have all the bullitt aluminum pieces in satin finish and love them, totally worth it, expensive yes, but a very nice touch that gets rid of some of the cheap plastic. As for the car, maybe get the fluids flushed and changed and do a spark plug and wire change. Maybe spend a good day detailing it as well to get the paint into better shape. other then that, have a fun time with the car.

MAC has a nice setup and no welding.

I think the v6's look better with no tips, so i went the dumped route. If you like tips then i would get some 3" tips and i would STRONGLY recommend you get a gt rear bumper if you get tips
