Default this a good idea?

So ive been thinking. For a while ive wanted to trade up to a gt, but recently ive been thinking about keeping my stang a v6, except swap my 3.8 with a 4.3 with forged internals. I was looking at supersix, but would it be easier and cheaper to get one out of a f150 in a junk yard? Also would i have to get a new tranny and computer? im pretty sure i will have to get the tranny, but will the motor out of a 150 have a comp i can use? thanks

If youre going to swap why not a 4.6 swap. They are fairly inexpensive on ebay.
