Default H pipe question. . .

I want to convert my 2000 3.8L stang to dual exhaust. Does an H pipe require welding?

they sell H-pipes that just bolt up, and then you bolt up a GT catback to it. Its very easy and will probibly be cheaper then getting a shop to make you duals.
